Fighting bed time...

It's 10 p.m.  Guess who isn't asleep yet? 

Yep, that's right.  Why sleep when you can keep Daddy from getting a couple emails written?  :-)

Happy Birthday Emma, Part 1

Emma had her birthday party with all of her friends this morning at gymnastics.  She had a ton of fun.

Playing in the tub

Daddy was giving Emma a bath, and we decided to experiment with some hair styles.  Here's our favorite.  Emma liked it, but Daddy's not giving up his day job.

 

2 month check-up

Sarah went for her 2 month check-up today. She is doing well and took her shots like an angry trooper.  Sarah is 21.5 inches long (about the 5th percentile), weighs 11 lbs 10 oz (about the 35th percentile) and has a head that is 15.5 inches (about the 35th percentile).

Visitors from Chicago

We're running a bit late on posts right now - sorry about that!  

Grandma, Grandpa, and Granny came to visit from Chicago two weekends ago, and we had a great time.  They all had the chance to spend some time with Sarah...

 

 Grandma and Emma played out in the backyard.  We're not quite sure how Grandma got in there - it's a tight fit if you're more than three feet tall!

And, of course, we a group picture.  Emma was worried about the flash, so she has a parasol out!
