What a crappy weather day for Halloween. The girls went Trick or Treating, but Sarah didn't last long. Here are the evening costumes (sweat pants and long sleeve shirts with hats under the costume:
Thankfully, Emma had a parade and party at school. Here is Emma and Sarah working on a halloween picture frame:

And it is hard to tell, but that little one was Sarah joining in the parade. She walked the whole parade (but not next to Emma; she opted to stick with Nadia and Diya, who were both also in Elsa costumes):

Movies
A few weeks ago Emma went to see her second movie in the theaters, and Sarah her first, My Little Pony Equestra Girls: Rainbow Rocks. Boy did they have fun, and Mimi and Papa joined us:
Field Trip
Emma had her first school field trip to the pumpkin patch. Sadly, neither mommy or daddy could make it, but Mimi & Papa came up to go with her. Here is a picture of Emma playing with her classmates while waiting for the hay ride:

Random Sarah
Sarah is becoming such a big girl. Last week she took her first swimming lesson without mommy in the pool, and she did great:
And the child refuses to nap in her bed anymore. But put out her little couch in front of the tv and she immediately crashes:

Pumpkin Patch
We took the girls to the pumpkin patch today. Boy did they have a good time:
Riding the saddle swings:
Working together to sweep the pigs in the pig race:
Pony rides:
Riding the wagon to the pumpkin patch:
Climbing the hay bales:
Feeding the goats:
Back home decorating pumpkins. Mommy found a new way to decorate, melting crayons on the pumpkins:
Turns out pretty cool, but makes a huge mess, which made the kids love it all the more!

Science
Sarah has begun her science classes at the museum. She had a great time this week learning about bones:
Here she is playing in the milk table, because calcium makes healthy bones:
Making play-doh bones:
Playing with the floppy hand, because it had no bones:
Posing with Mr. Bones:
