Hobbies, part II

One of Emma's newest hobbies is chewing on her daddy's nose. We're not really sure why she thinks it's so funny - maybe because her dad acts like an idiot when she does it? Also, as a side note, she has some teeth now, and they're really sharp. See if you can figure out which time she really bit down!

Hobbies, part I

One of Emma's hobbies is looking out the window. She's just tall enough to look over the window sill...

I realized that it's been a couple of weeks since we posted, but we've been on vacation and had a few other things going on. It's not that there isn't Emma news! She's getting closer and closer to walking - in fact, she can already do it if you give her a little help!

Emma finally chased Sammy into her crate. Sammy went in there to get away from Emma, and got trapped!

Teeth!

We noticed on the drive home from Chicago that Emma's first two teeth came in over night! The two that erupted are her bottom front teeth. She's not going to be eating steak any time soon, but it's a start... (Pictures to follow if she ever holds still long enough for us to take them.)

4th of July in Chicago

We went to Chicago over the 4th of July weekend, and had a great time. We went to Aunt Maureen and Uncle Jim's house for the 4th of July party. Here's Emma, playing with her cousins Dave and Aiden:

Grammy bought Emma a new Barney doll that sings. While Emma loves it, Mommy's ready to tear her hair out. Thanks, Grammy!
